Registration  

To reserve a spot for your selected Journey to Damascus (JTD) weekend, you must meet the following requirements:

• Completed Pilgrim application (must have sponsor’s email and phone number available to complete form)
• Completed Sponsor application (a link will be sent to the sponsor to complete, once pilgrim application is submitted)
• Pay a minimum of ½ of the weekend fee

Applications are processed and accepted in the order they are received.
Individuals who have previously participated as pilgrims on a JTD weekend are strongly encouraged to consider serving on a team for upcoming weekends.

Payments

• If 1/2 of the weekend fee is still outstanding, it is required that you or your sponsor submit the remaining balance no later than 30 days prior to the start of the weekend.

Partial Scholarship Opportunities

• A limited number of partial scholarships are available for those experiencing financial hardship. If you wish to request a scholarship, please send a request to: jtdbod@gmail.com

Refund Policy

• To be eligible for a refund an applicant must send a notice of cancellation via email by 5:00PM CT on the Thursday preceding the week of the confirmed JTD weekend to: jtdbod@gmail.com.
• Exceptions to this refund policy may be granted in cases of a death or medical emergency within the applicant’s immediate family, if such circumstances prevent the applicant from attending the scheduled JTD weekend. Any other exceptions to the refund policy require explicit approval from the JTD board president.
• Please note that refunds will not be credited/transferred toward future weekends; they only apply to the original weekend for which the applicant was registered.
